What is the processing time for embroidered items?
For non-custom orders, processing times typically range from 1 to 5 days. Custom orders generally take 1 to 14 days for processing, with shipping occurring 1 to 3 days after mockup approval. Occasionally, delays from our garment suppliers may extend processing times. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss maintaining your chosen garment color or opting for an alternative that can be sourced more quickly.
For expedited orders, a rush order fee is available, and shipping via USPS Express or UPS Next Day delivery is required.
Please note that processing times may vary during holiday periods.
What if I don't like my mockup?
No worries.! You have unlimited revisions. We'll only proceed once it's perfect for you.
What is the sizing like?
Sizing may vary between listings due to our diverse range of styles sourced from different distributors. It's essential to consult the sizing chart provided for each listing, as sizes can differ. When uncertain, we recommend choosing a larger size.
What if I typed in the wrong address?
If you input the wrong shipping address, please contact as soon as possible for us to change it. Once your order ships, we cannot offer a refund for a mistaken address, so pleaseread carefullywhen inputting your information! (apartment numbers, units, ect.)
Please be aware that if you change your zip code to an area with higher shipping costs, you will be required to pay the difference before we can confirm the address change.
How long will it take for my package to arrive after it is shipped?
For USPS Ground: 3-7 days (not including Sunday)
For USPS Priority: 1-4 days (not including Sunday)
For USPS Express: 1-2 days (typically next day, not including Sunday)
Please understand once our package has been dropped off USPS delays are out of control and frustrating for us well.
How should I care for my embroidered garment?
For optimal garment quality, we recommend hand washing and laying flat to air dry. If machine washing is preferred, use the delicate cycle and place your garment in a zippered mesh bag to prevent embroidery from catching on zippers, bra clasps, or other items. When using a dryer, select the delicate setting for best results; using the normal setting may affect durability.
What is your refund/cancellation Policy?
No Refunds.Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and production has begun. This includes changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the design or color. Please refer to our refund policy located at the bottom of our website.
