Loyalty Program

Any orders deemed to be in breach of the program's terms and conditions will be automatically cancelled. If a customer uses a first-order referral code but it is not their first order with Howdy! Embroidery, points will be removed from both the customer’s and advocate’s VIP accounts. Customers attempting to check out with a self-referral will be excluded from the program and will not be eligible to collect any future points or rewards. Howdy! Embroidery reserves the right to remove any points or discounts deemed to have been earned through illegitimate means.

Rewards points will expire 12 months after being awarded if there is no activity on the account. Redeemed vouchers will expire 6 months after the discount code is issued.

Customers are permitted to use only one VIP account per person. Any duplicate accounts may be deleted without warning. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms. For more details, please refer to our full program terms and conditions.
